Oskar-Patzelt-Foundation, Merschbrock-Wiese Spice GmbH receives honorary plaques for 2011 award winners from previous years.
As recently as 100 years ago exotic products like pepper and nutmeg were hard-fought and were causes for wars. Whoever needs spices nowadays can easily order at Merschbrock- Wiese Gewürz GmbH. Founded in 1987, is the No. 2 producer of household spices in Germany. Since the award "winners" in 2005, sales and number of employees despite the economic crisis were again increased by 50 percent.
Merschbrock-Wiese is the first German seasoning manufacturer with Fair Trade Standard, certified several times. Numerous DLG medals are evidence for continuous product innovation with resounding success.
2005 as the "winner" excellent Merschbrock-Wiese Gewürz GmbH was nominated by the City of Rietberg it´s distinction as "Premier".
